In all seriousness though You all inspired me and I made tacos last night. Even got some left overs in my lunch.

I think we need to discuss order of operations in the original Gordita Crunch wrap. Gotta make sure the Lettuce (southwest Chopped salad in my version ) is in the most middle compartment before browning the sides. That way it stays cool and crisp.
