What does the new rules/legislation do if no one is out on the ground checking compliance?? Kinda chasing ones tail isn't it?? BTW, until the largest lawsuit ever filed against the BLM is settled (which should happen in the next month) I have no reason to be in the office as I can't do any NEPA work because all new projects are on hold until then. So, in 1hr I'm heading out and about again today! Actually, you remind me a bit of my grad school advisor. His goal to change NR management has been to train the next generation of managers. Yours appears to me to be to change the rules. Mine is to change the world, on the ground, one allotment at a time!!! In the end, it's all good as the three of us are more or less on the same team.
