There’s going to very little change at 100 yards. Probably not noticeable at all depending on your normal group size. Longer distances is where you are going to see the change.
 
In my experience when traveling from sea level to high elevation my zero at 100 yards doesn’t change much if at all. At extended range is where you will see a difference.
