Kick rocks asshole. So no 3 way? LMAO.....
"kick rocks"? WTF does that even mean...lol.. All of you, even Cush, know if I were someone else in his "group" you would all be kissing my A....laughing....blah...blah...blah...at my comment...BUT because I'm not I'm the bad guy. Don't even try to refute this, you know it's true. I have been on this forum for over 15 years....and I know how this goes. I'm ok with it. Keep trying to say I'm a shit heal...crass...blah ....blah....blah. I believe people should pay their debts and I'm glad some people do and others are being held accountable somehow. My comment was a joke and if you can't see that...well, you have no sense of humor at all....especially if you REALLY know Cushman....which MANY of you don't. If I were one of those people..he would have said "f u ahole" or something really smart like he usually does. In the end it is what it is...Kick rocks asshole.
I must be a POS since there was another man living with my wife and kids when I came home wounded from Iraq early. I decided I couldn't live with my wife, kids, and another dude in my wife's bed.
What you said, or at a minimum overtly implied, is that couples shouldn’t split up if they have kids. John’s point was that there are lots of situations, including his, where things are past the point of no return. If you’ve not had to deal with those situations, consider yourself fortunate. But you shouldn’t judge others if you’ve not walked in their shoes.Thats not what I said, and I’d be pissed too, however, I don’t think she deserved to be paid for that act either John! Because you don’t know for a fact what it was spent on and that’s bull! I admire that you pay(paid) it, but I’m saying I don’t think it’s fair to have to. She should be paying you, even if she has the kids..
It's unfortunate that posts detour.I think you guys are just taking it out of context and making me the asshole cuz I disagree about child support. I know plenty that have that situation, believe me. My whole demographic has to pay child support so thank you, I do consider myself fortunate. But it ain’t just good fortune, it’s hard work and sacrifice that keeps couples together. If you couldn’t raise them together you shouldn’t make them together, if she cheated, and got the kids, that’s a prime example of the main custodians payments being unjustified. In John’s situation, she messed it up and she should have to pay the child support because of it in my opinion. And why we making this all about Mr Cush??? I’m sorry brother I didn’t mean to make it about you at all, I disagree with child support, I disagree with hunting privileges being at stake. That is all. I apologize if I made you feel singled out there
So does mine and to be honest, the majority of guys bitching about how much they have to pay their ex wife is sour grapes. It takes pretty much ALL money now to raise our kids. It's not like if the wife and I get divorced that's gonna change any. Guys just don't want to pay it because there not together anymore. I mean who would, but the numbers don't lie. Now the whole paying maintenance thing I think is ridiculous but that's an entirely different deal.My whole demographic has to pay child support
That's true. I know a handful of guys my age who are absolutely miserable. But neither husband or the wife will throw it in because they literally can't afford it.I know older guys that he 2-3 divorces and kids. That just isn’t a thing now with what things cost……divorce just one more thing the boomers ruined
The way most states handle this is to just take away the deadbeat’s right to buy the license. I’ve worked on some systems for a few states to do this. You just build a database of deadbeats and keep it updated, then other state systems such as the licensing systems are required to check it before issuing any licenses. This is actually a pretty common thing, and ID is late to the game doing it.I don't quite follow Idaho's implementation of this...
So, they add the f&g license fees to the past due amount in order to receive the license?
Or a slight increase to the f&g fee?
That’s awesome now do it for beer pleaseThe way most states handle this is to just take away the deadbeat’s right to buy the license. I’ve worked on some systems for a few states to do this. I didn’t mean it in a derogatory sense. It’s just the common/accepted term for those not paying court ordered support. I agree that the term is a bit harsh.I dont think anyone who either cant/doesnt pay their child support is a "deadbeat."
Ive got friends/family that have been taken by both ends of it. Its really variable - especially in different states - so id hesitate to cast judgement all across the board especially unless you no more to the story.
900+ dollars (AFTER TAX) a month for 2 kids with a job paying 35-40 an hour is incredible, and its disgusting that it doesnt include daycare, medical, or much of the ancillerary things that it should cover. Thats real close to a weeks pay. Meanwhile - his ex wife has quit her job (and works part time cash pay) - while being married to someone else - with the stated goal that she can maximize the benefits he provides. I have a hard time defining him as the deadbeat in that situation.
I believe we are incentivizing familes/marriages to split in a lot of ways, again especially how your state handles it. My buddies ex wife sure lives larger on 2 mens earnings, or previously uncle sam (welfare) and his income.
