We left Colorado Thursday around noon headed for Wyoming looking for a few lopes. The 2 that hunted both tagged out. Friday was a zoo with people at just about every public spot on the map. For some reason Saturday and Sunday we only saw 1 other truck(the same 1). A friend flew up from Florida and was up 1st. 1 late evening stalk on Friday and they got to private before we were close enough. Saturday morning 1st thing 3 bucks and a couple does were in pretty good position. With the sun at our backs they actually came up to about 75 yards and my buddy blew the Bush away that was about 10 yards in front of us lol. That put my wife up. Made a good stalk to the top of a hill with about 30 lopes down below she made a good 270 yard shot for her 1st buck ever. Sunday found us putting the moves on a lone buck and we got to about 200 yards when he got up and walking straight away...at 350 he made the mistake of turning broadside and was dropped in tracks.
