So, who's going to be hunting Elk Mountain this fall?

I will pick up a cow tag. But I always do. The more interesting idea is getting the Type 1 tag. 100% draw odds with a huge leftover list. I think the type 1 goes until 11/30 then switches so antlerless to 1/31.

Exactly. UICA, in my understanding, applies only to federal lands, not state.
