Corner Crossing latest

The decisions of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals impact the states of Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, and Wyoming
Clarification: The decisions of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals are binding on the states of Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah and Wyoming. Decisions of the 10th Circuit Court CAN be cited as precedent in other courts but are nonbinding outside it's jurisdiction. Decisions from outside jurisdictions hold less weight obviously than the court holding jurisdiction for the area but you can still cite case law and decisions of other courts.

Sure could have used this when I was hunting CO every year, and NM years before then. There were a number of honey holes I couldn't reach without crossing a corner. All I could do was watch from afar. Crossing one corner I know near a county road in SE NM would have made over 8k acres of BLM available to the public. And there were so many examples of that in that area.
