Hmmm. Got me to thinking. The only original parts on my 404 Jeff Mauser 98 build are the bolt, receiver, follower spring, firing pin, and firing pin spring. New parts: trigger, bolt shroud/safety, cocking piece, barrel, bottom metal, stock, recoil pad, rail, iron sights. Definitely started from scratch.Just checking, the only original pieces used for the build are the action and the bottom metal?
With all that shiny stuff on that rifle your client strikes me as the type of guy that would own multiple pairs of pit vipers. HahahahaI was trying to get this finished up this weekend. A series of events conspired against that. Have some minor fitting left and it'll be ready for a trip to the range.

Hard hats optional? Watch out for OSHA, wait never mind…. I just hope that project isn’t under a laundry facility.I love America, can't wait to move there and become a free citizen. But in the meantime I'm busy making mejico great again. One hole at a time.View attachment 286111View attachment 286112
