Fought one hell of a mirage this morning. Warm sand with a cold breeze over the top. These are the 1st and 2nd groups with cheap Ultramax reman ammo. Don't know what happened with that dropped shot on the 1st group. Must've been gremlins.

I'm old school. Paul executed old school beautifully on a rifle I believe I paid $425 for off the used rack at Scheel's years ago. I thought it would look good but not this good.

Extraordinary work.

And I'm going to try some 68gr Hammer HHTs. And maybe some 77gr SMKs if I can find them.

Rifle arrived today. Finish is amazing, like glass. And the slicked Model 70 action I believe is as smooth as the Nesika actions on our Dakota Varminters.
