This year's deer camp looks very similar to my past deer and elk camps only no snow this year. It's a little warmer in early Nov. than in early Jan.

Another basic camp. We are about 50 yards from the waterhole here, so we have access to drinking water BUT 50 yards is marginal when you know the hole has saltwater crocodiles in it. Have to be VERY careful collecting water. It looks so inviting for swimming but it’s a no go here.

This past seasons muley camp. Solo. No water available on public so I had to pack it in. Well worth the trip though.
