I had a 280 TC with a 1-10 and a buddy has a 7wsm with a 1-10 both shoot the 154 sst great. I was shooting my TC out to 600yrs and he shoots his wsm to 800ish yards.

I’d not worry about most 160 class lead hunting bullets in a 10 twist with any speed or elevation except for the sleekest options. Berger stability says a 168 classic hunter @2800 fps @sea level is stable.

For a long time people have been winning f class and other comps slinging 180 Berger’s and similar with 9 twist barrels.
