Best Bourbon???

Been trying small batch and single barrel bourbons lately. My favorite so far is Jefferson. What do you guys recommend?

I am biased toward bourbon being from the South. It's kinda homey like Mom's apple pie.

Blanton's is my go to right now. Plus the bottle is sawwweet!

I have only tasted two of the single barrel variety. Blanton and Eagle Rare. I didn't care of the heavy *bite* of the Eagle Rare though, so not much help.

Give Copper Run a shot.

While no where near as sophisticated as an aged Bourbon,give some of the craft Corn Whiskeys a chance some of the small Distillers are making it like it was ''Once upon a time''.

Redbreast 12 yr and pappy van winkle. And good old basil Hayden. Had the great opportunity to smell and try many as a bartender for 4 years. I love a great old fashioned
