Ban saw or slicer?

I would ask your local processors. If they will do it at the end of the day before clean up. It may cost you a few extra hundred but it will be cheaper than a saw.

I had a harbor freight one, it did the job but was a PAI and the grinder portion was useless. But if you want cheap and then sell that would get you by.

I just ordered one figured I’d give it a try I’d rather invest in myself that a cut shop. I got a local guy that’s been making my burger for years but even he has gotten so out of hand I may do that this year now also.

My advice is to put it on FB market place after your done. They don’t last long and are janky. Plus they make a mess inside by the motor housing. It’s a wood saw converted with a craptastic grinder.

With patience it will make your cuts as long as everything is good and frozen.

My favorite saw for cutting up meat is a sazall made for wood. Put in a metal blade.
