Back to school time

As the boys got older the meaning of back to school changes. Now it involves sports and girls instead of the Ninja Turtles or Power Rangers.

I will be going to 2 scrimmages for the High School team which Codie is onand Jr,High practices to take Martin.

No more buying crayons it seems......at least for them


They start classes the 24th. When do your little ones go back?

Is TE working out with the Jr. Varsity or Varsity? How about Martin...what grade? My daughter starts classes around the first of Sept...sophomore/college. Her boyfriend began 2-a-days at the same university last Tuesday.

The boy goes back to school the 15th of August (today), that is just too early!! But it's not like when we went to school, at least they have a/c.

I have 2 boys in Jr. High School and my daughter is in Elementary School and they all start on Aug. Th for a half day. And I can't wait......LOL

Wife just began her last year (Whoooo hooooooo!!!!) of school today. Nothing after that but her national and state boards to pass!


Daughters begin next Monday (22nd) in 6th, 3rd, and 1st grades!

Mine will be back for 2 weeks on Wednesday.

MIne started on the 8th. The boy is in high school this year and didn't make football. He didn't have the size, man they're growing big freshman now. He did qualify for the Bacclaureate (sp) program. If he takes the classes they tell him to and get's straight A's and B's for the next 4 years he gets a free ride to any university in the state. Now if I can just keep him focused.

That is great, JD! Get him a manual labor job for a few weeks and tell him that is what he has to look forward to, unless he keeps his grades up!

Thats a damn good idea. LOL I'm gonna try to get there. My damn truck is giving me fits. If I can get her running I'll be there.

I don't go to school anymore but when I did it started in the first part of Sept. Then college started at he end of Sept. I think.

TE is on JV's since he is a freshman. He is going to play FullBack and Outside Line Backer it seems. He is #27 this year.

Martin is also a fullback and also will play defensive tackle . He will be #25 for the 8th grade team.
