ATV A-holes!

As I have mentioned before,there are a couple of little dickheads that like to run their quads up and down the irrigation road behind my property.:BLEEP: :BLEEP:

The county has implemented a new "clean air" program asking for input about causes and problems. so i sent them some info explaining the problem with the quad racers... here is their reply.|oo

Thank you for contacting the Maricopa County Air Quality Department. We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. Our dust inspectors can legally issue notices of violation to those that violate our dust rules, however, when it comes to ATV riders, there are additional issues we are faced with. Many of them are illegally trespassing onto state land when they ride which then becomes a law enforcement issue. Our inspectors have contacted law enforcement on numerous occasions about this, however, in many instances there is too much going on at the time for them to respond in a timely manner. With our Bring Back Blue campaign, we are trying to stress the "Dirty Dozen" which are 12 things people can do to help fight particulate pollution. Amongst those tips are: don't drive in the dirt, drive slowly on unpaved roads, etc. to help keep the dirt down. The campaign just launched approximately two weeks ago but will continue to be advertised for months to come. Part of our campaign stresses those, such as ATV riders, that might kick up too much dust which increases our air pollution. The campaign does not single out off-road vehicles or just one group of people, it simply asks that everyone do their part to help keep down particulate pollution. If you see an offender and would like to report a violation, we ask that you contact our department at 602-372-2703. Thank you.

My Dogsht traps/with"urine" have stopped 90% of the a-holes... but I have 2 little punks driving these Suzuki banshi`s.. and i`m going to get their ass!
No human can put up with that smell stuck to their quads, these idiots just have no common sense!

I don`t mind if they ride after it rains... or go slow by my place and keep the dust down.... but nothing pisses me off more that washing the trucks... and some little A-hole comes hauling ass by throwing a ton of dust into the air!... pisses me off that this is a legal easment... I am going to win... one way or another....and I don`t mind a little "jail time"hump

Actualy Marv I`m pretty laidback....just a few subjects get me riled up, I was used to having nice clean air and peace and quiet... now I have to hide behind the camp trailer to take a piss outside... too much developement and people everywhere....I had it made for about 30 years.....can`t shoot guns out here anymore.... Yep I will have to move... but can`t [ family issues] for a few years.

I finally got some ACTION! So far this sign

That sign looks like it's for the canal, not the road next to it, how's that going to stop them from riding on the road? And since when did "dust" become air poolution? Doesn't it settle back down after a few hours? Sounds a little ridiculous to me. Why don't you try stopping them and asking them to slow down, if it were me, I would either slow down or find someplace else to ride.

I find it strange that you don`t think dust is air pollution

This sign is for the ROAD [ R.I.D.] roosevelt irrigation district and it means just that NO trespassing,,

I have posted [please slow down
private property, control your dust etc,etc]...

I have stopped people [ blocked them with my truck] told them I can`t open my windows, wash my truck etc,etc... some listened , most didn`t give a shit... I have put "shit traps" out it helped

But the freaking county has been running this BRING BACK THE BLUE clean air campaign and then they didn`t do jack shit about my problem... so I got some action from R.I.D. and now if I catch anyone on this road, I call cops or citizens arrest or get picture.. whatever it takes... their ass is going to get procecuted.....AK you have no idea how bad it has got out here with all the runaway growth....Have you seen the dust in PHX.Metro? more like keep up the brown... everyone thinks its ok to ride anywhere they want..They can`t, the road is only for ME and R.I.D. employee`s ,the ATV/dirt bike assholes did it to themselves... Now I have the law on my side Game Over!hump
