AK .... dust is now very much considered to be part of "air pollution" in many parts of the country....just like wood smoke from fireplaces got classified on ppm content a few years back. I work for a City muni utility and when we did an expansion a few years back part of the process included a dust/pollution mitigation agreement where we had to pave a couple of roads leading to a County landfill as an environmental offset in order to expand on City property.....go figure!

You realize how many undocumented workers could be caught if Law Enforcement wasn't be called out to keep the dust down that is blowing onto CJ's 5 acres of polloution?
