Designed an adjustable bed and JB welded it to the base.

I had a gander at those little cut off saws. Did you use the 2”blade that it came with or a different grinding disc? I didn’t love the idea of having to remove the black plastic part of the blade guard/cover to use a 3” disc.

I just used the one on it. I wrap some painters tape around the spot I’m cutting and that seems to make a nice clean cut. I dialed it in on a broken arrow before I cut the new ones.
