I'm trying to find the date the Arizona Draw Application Period opens up. I see it closes on Feb 9th, but I can't find the date it opens. Can anyone help me out?

I think it opens as soon as the new regs are published which they are.

i thought the same thing but when i go to the Draw Site there is nowhere for me to login.

The only thing is says is "The application period for the 2017 spring javelina, spring bear, spring turkey and spring bison is now closed."

I thought I recall reading that the paper application period opens as soon as the regs are released but there is a delay for online apps.

Not sure when it opens but they were due last year on the 9th. This year it says on the regs that "Hunt Permit Application Deadline is Tuesday, Feb. 14 2017"

Feb 14 is the deadline. Paper applications are now being accepted. Online apps will start in mid January
