When your stock goes up 400% in 9 months and you sell a commodity like insurance, you diversify your assets ASAP.

If they're reaching out the FWP already, talking about conservation, not developing it, etc...I think they may be serious about allowing access.
Its their land, their rules...so hopefully the two way street mentioned is honored by both parties.

Once you have a billion I guess return on investment becomes secondary to maintaining the investment.By investing in land. Like Bill Gates is currently doing.
