After using my 270 for 20ish years I decided to go bigger too. Haven't used it this year, but this has been my go to for elk the last half dozen years or so. CZ 550, 9.3x62mm, shooting either 232gr Norma Oryx or 250gr Nosler Accubonds.I still have my 06 also. How did you get the suppressor on there I thought those barrels were too thin?Kimber Montana 84L in 280 Ackley Improved shooting 160gr accubonds. I added a Thunderbeast 7 suppressor last year. I’ve had the rifle about 10 years. It’s in the teens on dead elk when I add up all the elk killed with it by my family.
