Annoying Yard Bucks Anyone?

This annoying yard buck roamed our neighborhood. He keeled over and is now on my wall. He 7 x 7. I think he grossed about 165 but has more character than symmetry.

That buck is an absolute stud. He’s way cooler than a perfectly symmetrical 5x5. The benefit of you being tiny is he even looks bigger! Jokes man Jokes!

That would be my magazine drop buck. I would never have to hunt again.

That bottom buck above the rock fence post is awesome. Is he as massive as he looks?

Yeah, he's *only* a 3x3, but he's every bit as big as he looks. His mass and spread make his tines look short, I think he's ~36" wide

Another angle. Can see its not a mule deer, but likely a bench leg. CA Mule Deer, blacktail/mule deer cross. No doubt he is comparable in size to a pure mule deer.

Bottom line is, we saw that buck a few times in a city park in Kalispell and surrounding yards. I saw him at Christmas 2005. I watched him bed down and he looked a little off. I put up a trail camera to catch him, but found his carcass instead. I suppose he suffered internal injuries from a car collision, but could not confirm.

I only get does. Had zucchini a couple of years ago a herd of 10 came in and wiped them out in one night.

they hang out here every June thru August and then become ghosts. They know.

These two guys hung out during hunting season (most of november). I watch my little one (1 year old this fall) in the morning - and ran to wake my wife up to get my bow out when the big guy was by the fence. Couldnt quite get it done (my wifes slow to wake - and for me to shoot a deer... extra slow) but the deer by the fence is a pretty nice one.
