on approach. definitely one of the coolest mountains in the state. for no other reason than it's aesthetics and the high vast alpine it towers over.

this thread wrecked my work day.

sifting through my phone, looking at old facebook pictures. filled me with nostalgia and gratitude; sadness at memories long passed and happiness they happened.

furiously texting friends today to start getting some of our annual mountain excursions on the books for this summer. far too young to think the best mountain memories are in the past.

even more hunters though. sadly, i'm pretty sure it was the drainage immediately below us that was the site of the fatal muzzleloader vs. bowhunter incident last fall.
