AccuBond vs AccuBond LR

You will see likely see very similar terminal ballistics with both.
High velocity close range impacts should be avoided. I shot a bull at about 90 yards with the 210 moving 3150. Bull died but bullet came apart. Shot a mule deer and a couple antelope all over 400 yds and had no issues. mtmuley

Has anyone tried the accubond vs accubond long range in .300 weatherby?
Currently using 200 gr eld-x and was wanting to try something different
In my experience with them they are just as messy as a ELDX. They absolutely killed stuff and flew great. Just there wasn’t much need in carrying all 5 meat bags, a lot was left at the kill site.

I run the Barnes LRX 175 now in my 300 PRC and it’s just as accurate. The antelope I just shot with a LRX had a liquefied heart. Impact velocity was around 1700fps. I had a little bloodshot on the exit side but 90% of it was still edible. With these results I have no need to go back to that frangible of a bullet.
