Teenage boys that bring hockey sticks into the hotel are going to be using them unlike skies.

Spending a ton of weekends in hotels in a northern state for kids sports myself, can confirm- hockey kids are absolutely the loudest by a wide margin.

I can’t say I blame the kids, I’d be doing the same thing if I was their age. But “no sticks allowed in the building” is a smart and necessary policy.

Need to keep those stinky gear bags out of the rooms as well! My beer league team used to do a tournament in Vegas every year and we’d book an extra hotel room just for the gear bags.
