We also have the weakest OWI laws. Your 1st OWI is a simple traffic citation and if you're a good boy, you even get to go home with a DD after you get your citation handed to you.

Guess we are slipping. Need to step our game up and get the clean sweep of the top ten back. I'm here in Fond du lac so I guess I'm to blame for that one. Guess I'll have to grab a beer this morning instead of coffee at work (yes our work fridge is loaded with free beer for us)
