Dining at Perkins or Denny's does have one advantage. You always can be sure of what you'll get when you place your order ... diarrhea.

Agreed - basic menu items like pancakes, hashbrowns, etc. they do a halfway decent job. Here is my dive restaurant favorite: fried chicken & fried bacon between grilled bread. By weight it must be over 50% fat.
