300 Rum 230 berger load

I load 89.5 gr of retumbo in my 300 RUM when using the 230 berger hybrids and WLRM primers using Norma Brass. Seated at 3.845 OAL running 3075 out of a 28" barrel.

That's moving! Judging from your OAL your chamber is cut for longer bullets?

Well this was a long time ago but I had excellent results with Nv570, cci mag 250 primes , Nosler brass and the 230 bergers . Remington action , 25" barrel 3 port side brake . 3036 ft.per.sec.
No report on game but kicked but on a milk jug at a mile!
I just cant put down my 338's when hunting starts !
