Can't go wrong with the single six....One down, I think, ...a can and a maybe Single Six (later) to go
...toy stash depletedCan't go wrong with the single six....
Not to put the Single 6 down but they load through a side gate I believe. A swing out cylinder is a bit more condusive to plinking because it dumps empties and reloads a bit faster. Similarly, a break action revolver (think Scofield) will also be pretty convenient. With that in mind, I bought a Harrington and Richardson 999 Sportsman. It is a 9-shot break action. Not too much money but a lot of fun.One down, I think, ...a can and a maybe Single Six (later) to go
Cool looking pistol.New handgun day. I don't know what I was expecting but the 22/45 is a substantial pistol. As Rooster Cogburn would say, it fills the hand.
I had a 5 1/2” stainless Single Six back in the early 80s. I wish I still had that revolver as I don’t think the current ones are as nice. One down, I think, ...a can and a maybe Single Six (later) to go

Have a H407C-GR X2 & Holosun Pic Rail mount coming...Un-suppressed for a while, can will have to come laterThis thread is going to cost me a lot of money for something I didn’t know I needed until two hours ago.
Thanks a lot @BackofBeyond and Mr. Greencan (or whatever you’re going by now).
Glad I already have the sight.
So…. Tacsol upper, plus suppressor? Or go with their integrally suppressed?? That looks slick. Does one ever shoot these not suppressed?
Did it come color cased? I like that..View attachment 347269
Not suppressed but used a Colt Peacemaker 22 for grouse in Wyoming last week.
Yes, the frames were color case hardened just like the Colt SAA.Did it come color cased? I like that..
Man, I avoided Holosuns for years. Finally put one on a Benelli SBE3 turkey gun and have been thrilled with it.
