That’s my assumption, the higher point holders returned the tag or didn’t pay for the tag and it moved down the points.

If you party with a resident as a NR, I would assume the resident goes into the draw under NR and not the other way around? So a resident with 5 points and NR with 8 would go into the NR part of the draw with 5 points?

Yes they would go into the draw as a nr with 5 pp.

That's what he's saying I believe. The higher points holder applied with somebody with less points than some of the lower point holders that drew. Because the lower point person didn't have enough, the party didn't draw.

Oh yeah. That could be. That went over my head. Definitely could be the case. It’s amazing how many people don’t understand that part of a party app

Doesn't this report come out within hours though of the original draw? If that's the case it wouldn't make sense. Isn't there a week or 2 where you have the option to pay and or return the tag?

I don’t remember. If it does that’s definitely party app mistakes.

I'm not a Colorado draw guru, but that's the only way I can see that making sense. A guy with 7 points and a guy with 3 points party app together. Neither draw because you need 5 points to draw. The draw recap will show each of them as separate applicants and that neither drew. Hence a guy with 7 points doesn't draw in the recap.

Not saying that the dude with 7 points isn't an idiot, just the only way I can see that recap making sense.
