I pretty much own all my dream rifles but wouldn’t mind owning some history. Lever action win, sharps, old wood stock bolt action, idk.. Gatling gun would be cool but not sure I would enjoy loading a pile of straight wall cartridges.

Went to 6 for the youth hunt and decided there were just as good of deer in 3. Spent the whole season in 3. May have veered in to 4 a couple times. Had we drawn lope tags probably would have been deer/lope combo hunts in 5.
I’ve had people come sit within 400 yards of us at this spot multiple times this year. If we go there and someone’s there we leave. But we usually get there first. I’m like ok so I guess we are public land competition hunting. So far we have won. lol.
To me it totally depends on the hunter. If it’s a kid or a person who has never shot a deer I’m all about it. If it’s a person who legitimately needs the meat (probably vary few actually fall in this category) I’m all about it. If it’s a person with the mindset that I payed a lot of money to...
I killed a bull with a 4-5” chuck of another bulls horn in it. Never even got a picture of it, dead phone and 3 miles in a blizzard at near dark. Killed a buck whitetail with a missing eye
