I went 18 years without a topper on my old truck. When I got my new truck 5 years ago I decided to put a topper on it. Some of the best money I've ever spent. I have two totes full of camping/hunting gear that never leave the truck now. Absolutely love it. I will say after a few months now...- ashersdad
