270 win ammo at 1990 prices.

FWIW I have a box and a half of 270 ammo (nosler bt and hornady sst) and no 270 to shoot it with. PM me if you want them; $20 to your door.

I shot a few for rough sight-in (70yd in my backyard) on my new Tikka T3x. Then I shot a 1/2” group… prone, bipod, no rear support, still at 70yd. I feel that it will likely be moa or better in my rifle when I can get to a bench after deer season

My savage in 270 was going to be up for sale because I never use it until I came across this sale a few weeks ago... Now I have enough ammo to keep it for a while! It shot well too.

Got it out again today and after shooting some at 200 yards I moved out to 300 for this group. Not sure why it stepped out to the left like that but I'll work on that later. Barrel was getting fairly warm. Drop was about what I had thought and when I dialed my scope up that group was around 2.5 inches low. Pretty close to the chart. Next session I'll break out the handloads and see how they work out.

That group will kill elk at 300! Just have to adjust the scope a bit and/or know your hold over.
