I bought two Kong 110's for my elk hunt i just got done with in Oregon. My brother bought a couple pounds of dry ice to throw in the one with cold items. We could hear the gas venting from the cooler and didn't have any issues.
That's definitely a cool story. It's crazy even at a young age they have no fear. Haven't ever laid eyes on one in the flesh, but get tons of them on camera here in California. It's one of those things i know they are there, they probably see me, but i have never seen them. Hopefully one day...
Does anyone else have a problem with their "cone" (direction you are facing) being backwards? It has happened to me quite a bit, but got me lost as hell in Oregon 2 weeks ago. Showed me facing one way and it was actually the complete opposite way. I tried re-calibrating the compass on my phone...
I hunt multiple states so i use gohunt, am an elite user with onX, and I have basemaps. Each of them are good for certain things and have pros/cons. I'm looking forward to gohunt's app, hopefully it doesnt disappoint.
