My 2020 Washington East side bear. Not a big bear by any means but just helping save the fawn population. Not much of a story on this one. Got invited to go to muzzy deer camp and since I don’t own one, I bought a bear tag on Friday the day before muzzy season opens.

On Saturday a good buddy missed a 3x3 whitetail with eyeguards due to a hang fire. After a few hours there we were moving spots on a logging road when we spotted this little sow up the hill. She stood out like a sore thumb with a white patch on her chest. As I ran up the loose dirt embankment and reached the top I actually slid halfway back down. When I made it back to the top I was able to prone out and make a single 100+ yard shot.
