    You need earned income to contribute to either type of IRA, just as an FYI. Sometimes that kicks retired people from putting the money into a Roth.

    This reminds me of when a bunch of grey haired guys at CAB and commission meetings wanting the draw changed so they could be guaranteed to draw something special.

    Youth seasons are to get children into hunting. I'm not sure how you see the reasoning the same. Sounds like someone just wants to hunt muley bucks in the rut with less competition.
