Does it usually get posted exactly when they say? This is my first year ever applying in Wyoming.

Wyoming puts up a date in their initial application booklet. Then usually they post the actual time and day the day before it's online like they did today. This year they had 6/20 in their booklet, so they aren't releasing it but a few hours early and it may be because of the big mistake they made last year when they issued over 200 too many tags in a unit and had to rescind those tags to a lot of unhappy people that originally got Successful notifications.
