I doubt he is done. A quick look at his bill drafting history shows he has tried stuff like this several times before, so we can safely assume he will do it again.

He’s actually in carbon county. I bet my email was more direct than yours.To that point, I emailed Hicks and asked him if this bill is the voice of his constituents. After all, as a state senator, his job should be to speak for the majority of them.
