I'm having trouble finding a list of general units for Deer, Elk, and Antelope. Is there a link some where that l can find? Are the general units for deer and antelope set up the same as for elk so that you can hunt multiple units? I am a new resident just coming out of Colorado and am finding Wyoming really confusing.

Use the hunt planer on Wy G&F website.

It takes one year to become a resident.

For deer you have a resident and no resident layer.

For all other animals it’s the same.

As stated the Hunt Planner will have the general areas, you have to click on the areas to see what licenses are offered, LQ or general for deer and elk. All antelope are LQ tags only.
And yes, make sure you meet the residency requirements before applying as one.

Grey are draw units,
Red are wilderness areas that you can't hunt.
Neon green are public lands that are labeled by the Wyoming fish and game as suitable elk habitat.

There are elk outside of the green area... but that's the info from the state.

Thank you guys for the info. l am a resident so that simplifies things as far as wilderness areas.
