Wyoming Elk Herd Question

A couple of questions:

1) When does Wyoming finalize their elk job completion reports for last winter? Best I can tell, the website only has winter 2016-2017 data.

2) Anybody have some experience in the Dubois area that wouldn't mind me bouncing some questions off of them? Going solo this year and I have 6-7 places picked out. Not looking for your information, just wondering if you can help me with my information. The harvest numbers between the 2 units Dubois separates are pretty significant. Just wondering why and if its better to focus on one vs the other.....keeping grizz in mind too.

Will do. I do have a voicemail into the biologist. Its been a few days. Maybe I will call and just ask the first person who answers if that data JCR is available.
