I have searched high and low and cannot find a Ruger 77 Hawkeye Predator in .204 anywhere. If anyone knows of one for sale some where please PM the particulars. Not interested in any other models or other .204's. Thank you.

Just curious, because I don't know a lot about Ruger's, but is that the single shot model that breaks open?

The reason I ask, is that I have a buddy that just picked up a "single shot .204". I haven't seen the gun, so I don't know what it is, but he was talking about it the other day. I am not sure if this is the right model, but I can check with him if you like?

Found it, bought it, life is good. Thank you to everyone that helped out. Just for the record the only one I could find after an extensive search turned up in a gun shop in Pennsylvania. Dang things are hard to find. Also they aren't the same animal as most Rugers. This thing has a medium weight barrel/magnum contour. It's right between a standard weight barrel and a varmint weight. It has a nice laminated stock, and most importantly an exceptionally good target grade two-stage trigger. The trigger alone is worth buying this rifle. It is very good. The fact that they shoot accurately is a big PLUS as well. I love the one I have in a 22-250. After I get this .204 squared away I'm going to try and add another Hawkeye Predator in a 6.5 Creedmore. That way I'll be covered from gophers to elk. betwee the 3 rifles. Not that I'm not already with other rifles, but it would be fun to have 3 identical models.
