I've had two general elk tags which I hunted archery only, filled one and missed out the second time. So I guess you could try, it was bow or nothing.

Well I'm bringing a 1 cm pistol in non-grizz country so I think I'm covered there.

I'm also looking for, "My First Lite camo patterns didn't match". That's the one I'm most worried about. I'm a Fusion guy, but bought some cypher when it was on sale, and I'm sure that's why I missed that pronghorn this year with my bow.

I think I've only not filled one WY Gen tag over the years. Back in 2009 I passed up this bull on the second to last day of the hunt. Still regret it all these years later.


Both my boys have Gen tags this year. They would both be pleased with a bull like this. It will be a fun hunt regardless.
