Looks like an ideal place for a jackass to roll his ATV over resulting in death or having to blow in a straw to make his new fangled motorized wheelchair get his fat ass around.

I'd be all for totally banning use anywhere that isn't open to full-sized vehicles. And I do own one.

If you ban atv's,Thay will just do it with there truck or dirt bike.I just wish there were more pepole who don't do that crap!! :MAD elkay

Or the comprehension problem. :D
Looks to me like they were already banned there. How do you plan to make them more illegal then they already were in that instance?

Still that site looks like a "Dead Zone" nothing growing at all... If any site should be open to ATV`s this should be one of them... Oh i see close the waste pit and leave the forest open...your tax dollars at work.

So, the sign says no vehicles and that means there are none allowed right? Maybe if we pass two laws instead of one they will stop breaking the first one. Perfect example of what we have argued over and over. Without enforcement laws don't mean squat. What is your response to that Buzz? Maybe if we close another million acres you have a funding solution for enforcement since we cannot obviously enforce what is already closed.

The tire tracks leading to/away from the sign look like jeep or truck tracks(?). I wish we had a better reference to measure by. If that is the case those tracks on the hill are probably trucks/jeeps as well. I see the high school kids around here a muddying up their trucks.

TB- ONE MORE NAIL IN THE COFFIN FOR ATVS!!! OH YEAH!!! It won't take many more nails and the coffin will be finished and put in the ground.

Hey Matt then why are ATV`s the fastest growing offroad rec vehicle sold?.. you better get a hell of alot of nails sonny boy.

I thought you guys are also saying the ATV crowd can and should police their own. Why are you not outraged over the law rather then making excuses for some body breaking the law and destroying land? Where is the "responsible" ATVer's demanding that the laws be upheld?
