Hello- I am new to hunting. I live in Northern california (Sonoma, Mendocino, Napa County). I am looking to connect with some more experienced hunters to attend some hunts (or online advice via this website) and pick up some skills. My main interests in hunting are the healthy meat for my family, and my love for nature and being outside. I have not purchased any guns yet, and could also use some advice on what to buy for a basic set up. I plan to hunt both big game as well as small game (birds, rabbits). all feedback welcome.
