Which OTC species has eluded you the longest?

of the places I have hunted with OTC tags and no success...
AZ black bear and mountain lion
CO rifle elk
PA archery whitetail
CA shotgun turkey

Not big game but it's big in my book. King Eider and Pacific Eider. I've taken some long shots at a few Kings and I've seen Pacifics with giant waves between us.
I will keep trying.

I have only been waterfowl hunting for a couple of years, mostly geese, but I have yet to get any ducks other than mallards.

Turkey. A few years ago, I put an arrow right through one. I thought I hit it where the vitals were but it flailed around for a few seconds and got up and ran off. Last year we tried broadheads that are suppose to take their heads off and I missed twice.

Mine is black bear. Not a whole lot of trips for them, but they have eluded me at every turn.
