What's your 2018 Load Recipe?

MT- Gonna assume that it's one of Steve's bullets. Is it a prototype? What powder? 3200 is pretty good speed also. Wonder what my 30-378 would do with them!

Both bullets are available from Steve. Haven't shot them yet. We crunched numbers and think the 199 will work in my 10 twist at our elevations. We'll see. 3200 is easy in my rifle with the 200 Accubond. Have a good elk tag this year. Gonna try to use a Hammer. mtmuley

I’m still trying to work up a new 30-06 load, and it’s kicking my butt. Trying to go with the 178 eld-x, and have tried 2 powders (imr 4451 and Superformance) but can’t seem to find a decent load. I’m shooting Remington 700s (loading for 3 different rifles). I know these aren’t going to be tack drivers, but I’m confident they can get down near 1” groups if I can find the right loads. Back to the bench...
