Have not been in the hunting click in a while and awhile back I heard arizona game and fish where being sued by new mexico over non resident permits.

Has anybody heard what ever happened with it ?
Last I heard was az was going to cut there resident Elk permits worse than they are now.

all I want is a az elk tag again |oo |oo

Well, you're close.... AZGF was sued by US Outfitters through the person of Griz Montoya. USO won after several appeals and George Taulman is no longer safe walking in the woods or on the street in Arizona. There is now no maximum number of out of state tags for any hunt.

AZGF, after much consternation is changing some of the rules to provide whatever means they can to show preference to AZ residents. Check AZGF.gov for the latest news.
