I have three electric pressure cookers (one is a smaller size)

and I detest people not saving legs and thighs of larger birds (swan, turkey, and yes, crane) - but then I keep the legs and thighs of ducks, upland birds, and even dove

all good eating if done right

While I haven’t tried a pressure cooker, a crockpot didn’t work on the drumsticks. I slow cook lots of tough cuts of meat, but the drumstick on a crane is unlike anything else I’ve ever tried.

I’m not unwilling to make another attempt this year.
 
I'm in the planning phase to get a few this winter - hopefully I get lucky
