I am 100% positive it is the same deer. It was very surprising to see how much he lost with the velvet. I agree with you on your score guess, I watched him for a long time and feel confident scoring. He’s for sure 160”+, but not sure about 170”.

In all seriousness, I've never been worried about a score.
Would I pass it up if it walked in front of me?
Ah, no...
But if I shot a smaller one, I'd still have a smile on my face while I was butchering.

I totally agree, but the odds are not in his favor to even survive this year. There are a couple older/bigger bucks I have found that I would shoot first.
