What are the Late Season Elk Hunts still available?

What are the latest in the year OTC or left over Elk tags available in the different states? I'm looking for something possibly after thanksgiving?

Cow elk hunts. Mostly on private land. But with a little research you can prob find a rancher or 2 that would welcome someone to hunt cow elk.

For what its worth, WA has a late season OTC archery tag for the east side of the state. Its only good for a spike or a cow, but some of the units that are open are their wintering grounds. Runs from Nov 23 - Dec 8. But, you're also looking at $183 for non-res. lic. and $497 for a non-res. tag.

Cow hunts in mt in certain units open till February 15 courtesy of shoulder seasons. Should be a slam dunk with the over abundance of elk we have here! (So we're told)
