Lots of things have come up since I was planning on going. I can list them all if that would make anyone feel better.... But, the bottom line is I'm not going to make it this year.

I know some were looking forward to touching my nipples but being recently pierced, I wouldn't have allowed that anyways

Unfortunetly I'm giving the moose man a hard time. I told him last week I wasn't going to be able to go. The way the weather is up here I'm not sure if we could have anyway. There are a bunch of road closures right now.

Bastards. I sat all night buying beer for everyone who walked in the door, sure some of you guys were coming down.

I would ask them, "Hey, are you Bryce or Oscar? Moosie or Bugler?"

They would all answer no, but I bought them beer anyhow.

Made a lot of friends with the beer buying, won a gun, and scored on the CO governors antelope tag, so all is not a total loss.

The goddamn Monster Muley guys act like they own this place and are talking that Moosie was chicken shit and was afraid to come down and show his nips.

Man, what a let down.

Oh well, I guess I will go back in tomorrow and do my best to hold up the reputation of the absentee Hunttalkers.

Good thing I brought a couple UP'ers from Michigan. They are drinking those other lightweights under the table. I left them a bunch of beer money and told them not to come to the room until they are the last ones standing. My money is on the UP'ers to outlast 'em all.

I'm out as well, sucks. I'm also out for the RMEF, I've been to that 8 years in a row. I have a funky schedule this Febuary for some reason.

I was working a booth just down the aisle from Canadian Mtn Outfitters and didn't see all the FNAWS/MDF raffle ticket girls there, the ones that the got from Hooters, so I figured Greenhorn hadn't made it.

Just got home. I saw 1-pointer MANning the BLM booth. Buzz and I ditched him to go listen to Garth Carter tell everyone where to put in, and then never made it back. That was the only Hunttalker we saw. Talked to Dinkshooter on the phone this morning, but we passed on the highway, coming and going.

I just got word that one of the AZ Deer tags went for $120,000 and a Nevada state-wide deer tag went to a little over 65K...
